The Qt® 100 control module is a controller, sound masking generator, and amplifier that has one auxiliary audio input for the distribution of audio from another paging controller or (background) music player. The Qt 100 control module is a compact one zone controller that is satisfactory for installations up to 12,000 square feet (1,115 m2). The masking level (volume) can be adjusted from the front panel of the unit. End-users can set the auxiliary audio level through the front panel.
The Qt 100 is designed for sound masking in single zones of up to 12,000 square feet (1,115 square meters), utilising Standard Emitters. It features convenient incorporation of volume control on the front panel of the module for convenient and simple volume adjustment.
The Qt 100 is capable of generating sound masking. Sound masking is at a frequency range that is more attuned to a frequency of human speech and is therefore more acoustically appealing than white noise.
The Qt 100 is compatible only with Standard Emitters.
