Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction 

We understand that sometimes a product you have purchased from us might not be quite as expected or, in rare instances, may not work in the way you would expect. So, we have created this refund and returns policy so you know exactly how to return your product to us if eligible and how to request a refund. If you are past the refund window and are still unsatisfied with your purchase, then please contact us and we will try our best to help. 

This return policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and does not affect any statutory rights you already have from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Return Eligibility

Generally, All Office expects orders to be returned within 3 days if you are unhappy with your product. If your purchase is faulty or is not working in the way you would expect, we have a 30 day refund window, in which case you can contact us directly by calling 0151 372 776 or emailing in**@**************co.uk and requesting a return and refund. However, if you wish to return your product for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to process your refund before the 30 day window is closed.

How to initiate a return

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to let us know that you wish to return the product. Our friendly and specialist team will then talk you through our procedures and how to send your product back to us.

What won’t we accept under this policy? 

We want to avoid your return being rejected and so, it is important that you follow the above actions when initiating a return. Below however, are some of the reasons in which we might reject a return…

If your return is rejected or is deemed to be in an unsatisfactory state, we will not refund or return your product to you. If the product is damaged, we may impose a charge. 

Information on Refunds

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email from us, letting you know that it has passed our checks and a refund has been issued. Depending on your individual bank, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your return being accepted. Should there be any issues with receiving your refund, our team will always strive to resolve any issues you may encounter. 

The delivery fee for returning your products to us is payable by you and will not be refunded with the total amount of the product returned. a restocking fee may also be charged.

Only full-priced items will be refunded. Sale items will not. 

Damaged Goods

If your product is delivered and is damaged, please contact us immediately. Though rare, electrical products can be damaged in transit and it is pivotal that you come to us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged product so we can look to have this issue resolved and maybe a replacement product issued. Same applies with faulty products, as soon as you suspect your item may be faulty, please contact a member of our team at your earliest convenience. 

If the product is damaged on delivery, , we will arrange for a courier to collect your order and return it to us. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or an exchange. 

Exchange policy 

If in the rare instance your product is damaged or faulty, we will exchange your product for the same or similar product. If there is a difference in payment, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchanged product is cheaper than the original, we will issue a partial refund. 

Warranties 

Product warranties are set by each manufacturer. Please make sure you check individual warranties upon purchasing our products and be sure to check whether manufacturers require you to register your warranty on their website. 

Should a product break or not work in the way it should within your warranty period, feel free to contact us directly and we can advise you on the best course of action to take.
