The 1-year maintenance for Poly Studio X50 allows Polycom to provide organisations with access to any critical resources they may require, on an immediate basis. Services covered as part of this maintenance service include software upgrade, updates as and when released, unlimited telephone technical support and extensive online support. What´s more, Polycom offers next business day delivery of replacement parts when required, at little to no additional cost. As an alternative option, they provide the option of next business day onsite support, in order to install the replacement parts.
