The NetGear M4350-40X4C is a managed switch destined to support high-performance AV over IP and broadcast environments at scale. It provides 40 10G/Multi-Gig PoE++ ports and four ultra-fast 100G QSFP-28 uplinks for core network connections. A 750W internal power supply generates 196W of PoE power and has one slot for a modular power supply that can provide to PoE budget essentially vertical scaling up to 1,676W whilst retaining 196W for redundancy. Born for always on performance, the managed switch supports Virtual Chassis stacking with non-stop forwarding (NSF) with hitless failover capabilities. A full Layer 3 feature set static, policy based, and dynamic routing enables sophisticated network topologies. Optimised for AV workflows, it features NETGEAR IGMP Plus™, dedicated AV User Interface, and the Engage Controller for rapid and simple deployments. The managed switch also supports the SMPTE ST 2110 IP Broadcast standard, making it ideal for professional media and production environments.
