The NetGear M4250-40G8XF-PoE++ is a high performance managed switch designed for AV over IP applications. It is designed with 40 Gigabit Ethernet Ultra90 PoE++ ports with an impressive 2880W PoE budget, allowing users to efficiently deliver data and provide power delivery for demanding AV installations. In addition, the eight SFP+ 10G ports provide high speed fibre connectivity for improved network scalability. The M4250-40G8XF-PoE++ unit is designed with a dedicated AV web-based GUI for performance to quickly apply colour-based profiles to each port and compatible protocols. The rear-facing ports enable more clean lines when installing in AV racks, and through NETGEAR IGMP Plus™, there is auto-switch interconnectivity through automatically creating an Auto-Trunk and Auto-LAG. Whether managing Layer 2 or Layer 3 switching, the M4250-40G8XF-PoE++ is designed for easy management for AV deployments and is a great choice for professional AV installations.
