The Matrox Maevex 6122 is an HDMI® video encoder that provides dual 4K capture, encode, stream, and record, with zero latency pass-through capability. The encoder supports multiple streaming protocols, such as SRT and on-device HLS for local and secured streaming or from anywhere in the world. There are two Gigabit Ethernet ports for dual network streaming or allow for separate networks for control data vs video data. As a complimentary feature, the Maevex SDK allows you to create new applications or leverage the functionality of PowerStream Plus in existing applications.

This encoder has zero latency features an ability to be integrated into existing infrastructures, and interoperates with virtually any network device assurance that you can distribute high density multi-bitrate content and scale your systems without compromising quality.
Maevex 6122 utilises existing 1 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure to enable many streams of any quality to be transmitted on one multi-strand cable with out the need of a dedicated network to distribute them. The Maevex 6122 encoder has a latency of up to 16 ms.
Maevex 6122 can deliver content to on-premises end points over the LAN/WAN/internet, feeds cloud-based servers, and record to local or network storage for future editing and viewing.
