The Cambridge Qt X sound masking system relies on Qt Emitters as its primary source. Qt Emitters are direct field loudspeakers with wide dispersion or nearly 180 degrees, which utilize a 1.25-inch (3.17cm) driver and are smaller than a coffee mug. Each Emitter has DIP switches that will allow you to reduce volume by 9 dB in 3 dB increments. The Emitters deliver four uncorrelated channels of audio, which automatically removes phasing. Emitters are plenum rated and ETL listed, and are compliant with the UL 2043 standard. Each Emitter also comes standard with a slip-ring mount for acoustical tile mounting.
