Immersive Studio Content Recommendations for Mental Health Awareness Week
FairyGlen Forest Magical Garden

Perfect for a mindful student activity, guide your class into the Forest Fairy Glen and discover a place filled with calm, kindness and magic with Twinkle the Fairy as your pathfinder. On their journey into our immersive realm, students will learn how to deal with their worries with the help of Twinkle’s forest friends, all while being surrounded by beautiful landscapes and magical scents of an entirely different world.
This is a scene students will want to return to whenever they are feeling anxious, nervous or worried – or when they simply need a moment to rejuvenate and unwind. Together, you’ll practice gentle breathing, mindfulness and simple Yoga poses with guided meditation. At the end, students will have time to explore, move around and spread forest magic in a calming sensory scene.
The Immersive Colouring Book

It’s scientifically proven that colouring releases endorphins, endorphins needed to battle the amygdala, a part of the brain’s emotional sentinel that is responsible for feelings of stress and anxiety. So, why not take your colouring activities to a whole new level with the Immersive Colouring Book.
In this virtual colouring book, your students can step into a magical world where their own creativity comes to life. Their imagination will become their brush, and the walls their canvas. All they have to do is reach out, touch a scene and allow themselves to be transported from one canvas to the next – with each one exploring a different animal kingdom. A zoo, the farm, and the sea.
Under the Sea

One of our most popular scenarios, Under the Sea allows your students to dive deep into the ocean with no snorkel needed as they observe sea creatures in their natural habitat. Whether it’s sea horses, turtles or even predators like blue whales and great white sharks – your students will feel a serene sense of calm as they watch the lower world pass them by while you teach them interesting facts about each species.
Picnic in the Meadow

Whether you’re taking the entire class or just your staff, prioritise downtime with an idyllic calm as you feast on a picnic in a picturesque meadow this Mental Health Awareness Week. A picnic basket filled with real food is not a necessity, though it will definitely add to the atmosphere.
Just picture it – it’s a calm day, blue skies are dominated by a radiant sun. Flowers and lush greenery surround you. You can see little bubbles in the air rise, feel the breeze brushing against your skin, smell the aromas of pine and tulips – all while the song of Meadow Pipits greet your eardrums. Whether it’s for team building or to wind down after a long week of SATS, this tranquil meadow scene will have your students and staff escaping their worries for hours even after they have left your immersive space.
Meditation Station

Perfect for staff training days when teacher mental health awareness and wellbeing are a priority, Meditation Station is a scenario within the immersive studio where you will be guided through meditation as you virtually explore undisturbed landscapes, such as fields, rivers, forests and so much more. This will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with your inner self and the nature of your virtual world.
