The Cambridge Qt X 800 Control Module (Qt X 800), is an 8-zone sound masking generator, control, band equaliser and amplifier for plenum spaces and requires a PoE+ power supply; it has AVB media network support, and includes two auxiliary audio inputs for the distribution of audio from the paging controller, and/or music player (for background). The Qt X 800 controls sound masking speakers/emitters in direct field (overhead/in-room) and indirect (in-plenum) installations, as well as in a hybrid configuration. Each of the eight, independently adjustable amplified output speakers/emitters can also be adjusted for masking and aux audio levels and spectra. If multiple Qt X controllers exist in one system, audio inputs can be shared from any other controllers via AVB.
The Cambridge Qt™ X 800/800D control module is an audio output and masking controller, third octave band equaliser and amplifier, with a two auxiliary audio inputs for audio distribution from either paging controllers or (background) music players.
The Qt X 800/800D control module allows for control of sound masking speakers/emitters in either direct-field installations, indirect (in-plenum) installations, or a combination of both.
Each of the eight amplified output speakers/emitters can be independently controlled for masking and aux audio levels and for masking spectra.
If multiple Qt X controllers are in the single system, the audio input itself can be shared across all Qt X controllers, if they are connected via AVB or Dante (800/D).
