Extra Wall Support Kit is designed for use when the floor cannot be drilled

The optional Wall Support Kit for the RA Media Mate ECO and PRO Riser is designed for situations where the floor cannot be drilled, such as when there’s under-floor heating or other constraints. The kit includes a Wall Strap Bracket Support Kit, which is securely fixed to a wall and wraps around the upper part of the lower section on the twin lifting legs. Additionally, it features a deeper Floor Plate with no mounting holes for added stability and support.
This optional extra Wall Support Kit is designed for use when the floor cannot be drilled to secure the original Media Mate Riser Floor Plate to the floor, due to Under-Floor Heating or other reasons.
The kit comprises of a Wall Strap Bracket Support Kit which is to be fixed to a secure wall and then fits around the upper part of the lower section on the twin lifting legs & also a deeper Floor Plate with no mounting holes.
This means the weight of the screen is still directed down to the floor, but is also secured to the solid wall. The maximum distance available between the rear face of the lifting legs and the wall surface with this kit is 95mm to allow for any wall mounted trunking.

This kit is only suitable for our Media Mate ECO Riser V2 and Media Mate PRO Riser products.

Every product comes with its manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and range. On the products and projects that include it, we also provide training and ongoing phone and technical support. We will confirm exactly what is included before you buy.
