To get started, simply connect the VBS200-A to your RS232C compatible displays from any brand, and sign up for ViewSonic Manager™ software. With this setup, you gain instant access to a centralized dashboard, enabling you to efficiently manage all your compatible displays. You can also upgrade from ViewSonic Manager to Manager Advanced™ software, which will provide premium features such as broadcasting urgent alerts and more. In addition, with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and boasting versatile connectivity options, the VBS200-A provides IT managers with an easy to setup remote management system wherever they are, no matter the time of day.
When used with the free version of ViewSonic Manager™ software, this device enables IT to securely set up, manage and maintain compatible RS232C displays from a centralized dashboard. In addition, users can broadcast tailored messages, schedule device operations, and gather data reports and metrics across all compatible RS232C displays.*

When used with a paid ViewSonic Manager Advanced™ software subscription with third-party CAP messaging capabilities, the VBS200-A allows you to broadcast urgent alerts and multimedia messages to connected displays. This helps to strengthen safety standards, increase visibility, and keep your students and staff always informed.
When used with the ViewSonic Display and ViewBoard Cast™ apps, the VBS200-A allows you to wirelessly share your screen and collaborate in real time with other users. It is also compatible with the optional ViewBoard Cast Button (VB-WPS-001/VB-WPS-003) with no software installation required and allows up to four participants to simultaneously cast or share content on one display.
This device doubles as a powerful PC to connect peripherals and compatible displays—allowing you to use your monitor, digital display or projector as a stand-alone digital podium device. Just connect it to your desired display and start mirroring content to a larger screen.
The VBS200-A Smart AV controller offers seamless power-delivery through PoE (Power over Ethernet). This means that you don’t need to worry about power cords or adapters when using the VBS200-A.
